Website Purpose
This website presents E&P products, materials, capabilities, and educational content for general information and business inquiries. It is not a direct consumer checkout service and does not itself create a sales contract.
Product Information & Natural Variation
We aim to describe materials accurately, but natural stones vary in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, shape, and tone. Images are illustrative and screens may display color differently. Approved samples and written specifications define the standard for a production order.
Quotations & Confirmed Orders
Availability, MOQ, pricing, tooling, packaging, lead time, payment, delivery terms, and quote validity will be stated in a written proposal. An order is confirmed only after both parties accept the final specifications and commercial terms and any required payment is received.
Samples & Custom Development
Sample charges, revisions, material substitutions, artwork approval, and ownership of custom tooling or packaging will be agreed before development. Production may reasonably differ from a sample only within the approved natural-material tolerance and written specification.
Intellectual Property
E&P owns or licenses the website design, text, photography, graphics, and brand elements. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Customer-supplied logos and artwork remain subject to the customer's rights and approvals.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use site content in a way that infringes another party's rights.
