Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the bracelet must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with its original tag attached and all original packaging included. We may decline items that show wear, alteration, perfume or cosmetic residue, missing components, or damage after delivery.
Fit & Sizing
Our bracelets are designed to sit with a relaxed, slightly loose fit by default. Please review the stated measurements and bead size before confirming your order. This policy does not include a resizing or fit-adjustment service.
How to Start a Return
Submit a request through our contact form within 30 calendar days of delivery and include your order reference and reason for the request. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, where the service is available, a prepaid return label. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
Eligible returns using our approved label are sent back at no additional return-shipping cost. If you choose your own carrier, use a tracked and insured service. E&P cannot refund or exchange an item that is lost or damaged while being returned through a customer-selected carrier.
Inspection & Refunds
Please allow up to seven business days after the return reaches us for inspection and processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Damage caused by wear, misuse, or inadequate return packaging may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within the same 30-day period. After the returned item is inspected, we will confirm availability and the expected dispatch time for the replacement. Any price difference will be confirmed before the exchange is completed.
Natural Stone Variation
Natural crystals vary in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, and texture. These characteristics make each bracelet unique and are not considered defects. A verified incorrect item, manufacturing issue, or transit damage will be reviewed separately and resolved appropriately.
Custom & Business Orders
Private-label, engraved, specially commissioned, wholesale, or otherwise customized orders follow the return and remedy terms in the accepted quotation. Those written order terms take priority over this general consumer policy.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once preparation, customization, or dispatch has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. For a delivery problem, please also review Shipping & Delivery.
